About Children's Ministry...

Our goal for children's ministry is for kids to grow up to be fully-committed followers of Jesus Christ.

Research shows those children who sit with their parents during part of the worship service are more likely to continue worshipping as adults. To this end, during the first half of the worship service, we encourage children to sit with their parents. As they do, they have the invaluable opportunity of praying, singing, and giving an offering with their parents.

When we provide opportunities for children to be taught age-appropriate lessons, we also provide opportunities for parents to engage in further discussion with their children.

During Sunday school, we offer The Gospel Project, a coordinated lesson series for both children, youth, and parents. It includes connection cards to help parents start conversations with their children.

During worship, the Children's Church and Transformers Class lesson is listed in the bulletin. This provides the opportunity for further discussion after worship.
